           By the year 2055 the earth had become inhospitable to human kind. Extreme pollution caused by an uncaring human race was to blame. Every year the earth's temperature increased, while new pandemics spread throughout the globe. The rich held all the wealth, leaving the rest of the population as well as governments in debt. Indebted governments who were secretly run by corporate interests were now openly controlled by them. Instead of trying to repair the earth, corporations spent billions researching ways to leave it. One of these corporations, Kantec, paid leaders to abduct the least fortunate of their citizens. Kantec used these abductees for their experiments in interstellar space travel. Most of these interstellar cryo-pods blew up, while those which made it into space malfunctioned before getting past the moon. One, however, made it to Pluto before it disappeared from Kantec scanning satellites. Kantec scientists believed this cry-pod had been destroyed. Little did they know that the occupant of this pod would become the .................Interstellar Rebel.
